NEARLY 100 new Covid cases have been confirmed on the Isle of Wight, according to the latest data.
Public Health England figures released today (Wednesday) show 99 new cases following on from yesterday's 54.
It means the Isle of Wight total, since the start of the pandemic, now stands at 11,281.
The Island's rolling rate has continued to fall.
In the seven days to September 17, the rolling rate was 196.8.
Yesterday, in the seven days to September 16, that figure stood at 208.7.
So far in September, 1,144 new Covid cases have been registered on the Island.
