LAST night's big headline act at the Isle of Wight Festival, Liam Gallagher, suffered a facial injury after he fell out of his private helicopter.
Looking battered and bruised, the singer-songwriter, best known as the former frontman for Oasis, posted a picture of himself on Twitter from his hospital bed.
Liam said: "So check this out — I fell out the helicopter last night. You couldn’t rite it.
"All good. Who said RnR is dead. Keith moon eat your drum skin out. C’mon. You know LG."
The star was a big hit at the festival last night, cheered on by a big crowd as he performed wall-to-wall hits.

It appears Liam suffered a bloody nose at least from his accident.
Known for his sense of humour, Liam did not let the injury get him down as he further posted on Twitter: "Got the cover shot for Nxt album c’mon you nose LG x"
