James returned to the Isle of Wight Festival on Friday.

The band, best known for hits including Sit Down, Getting Away With It (All Messed Up) and Sometimes, took to Main Stage before Sir Tom Jones and Liam Gallagher.

They were last here in 2019 and told the crowd they were happy to be back.

The band left the crowd wanting more, after playing the introduction to Laid, but saying they had run out of time to finish it.

'Come back and see us next time!', lead singer Tim Booth told fans.
