THE number of Covid cases on the Isle of Wight has surpassed 11,000 since the pandemic began, the daily data shows.
A further 40 cases were added today (Friday), which has taken the total to 11,022.
The rolling rate per 100,000 people continues to fall however.
The rate for the Isle of Wight today is 281.1, compared to 292.3 yesterday.
It is below the UK rate, which is 337.
