THE Isle of Wight's Covid rolling rate continues to fall, as more than 40 new cases are confirmed.
Public Health England figures released today (Wednesday) show 47 new cases since yesterday's 28.
The Isle of Wight total, since the start of the pandemic, now stands at 10,920.
The Island's rolling rate, in the seven days to September 10, was 299.4.
Yesterday, in the seven days to September 9, that figure stood at 313.4.
Seven people have died this month with Covid, at St Mary's Hospital.
The latest death happened on Saturday, and was revealed in the government daily data yesterday (Tuesday).
