Both of St Mary's Hospital's two broken X-ray machines are back up and running.
Engineers have been on the Isle of Wight NHS Trust's site over the last few days and have managed to fix the faulty equipment.
Patients can now use services as normal.
The Trust says essential services were maintained during the fix, which meant appointments and clinics were not affected.
It had earlier issued a plea for those with non-urgent appointments - those hoping to use the walk-in service - to stay home.
