THE Isle of Wight's Covid rolling rate has fallen considerably today, from 331 to 313.4.
The UK rate is currently at 373.70, which also fell slightly since yesterday's 385.90.
The rolling rate is a measure per 100,000 people and is five days behind the daily data.
Today's daily update from Public Health England shows 28 new cases on the Island.
Yesterday there were 47.
The number of confirmed Covid cases, since the pandemic began, is now 10,873.
Seven people have died this month with Covid, at St Mary's Hospital.
The latest death happened on Saturday, and was revealed in the government daily data today (Tuesday).
