DAILY Covid data published by Public Health England shows a further 48 cases added today.
It takes the Island's total cases since the pandemic began, to 10,798.
The rolling rate per 100,000 people, for the Isle of Wight, has fallen since yesterday, from 354.2, to 342.9. The rate is five days behind.
It is below the UK rate, which currently stands at 397.4.
Current numbers of hospital patients with Covid remains high on the Isle of Wight.
The most recently available data showed nine people on ventilation beds and 34 people in total with Covid in St Mary's Hospital, as of Tuesday.
