TODAY is the final day for the Riverside Vaccination Centre — for now.
The centre is closing after a successful programme that saw the centre and Island GPs give more than 200,000 Covid vaccines.
Angela Anderson, clinical director of the vaccination programme at Solent NHS Trust said previously: "We are incredibly grateful to all the volunteers and staff who have worked at the Riverside Centre since it opened in February of this year.
"The response from people who have visited the centre to receive their vaccination has been incredibly positive.
"Our people at the Riverside Centre and GPs on the Island have now given over 200,000 vaccines to people on the Island.
"We need everyone to come forward and take up the evergreen offer of a jab which is why we are calling everyone aged 18 and over to get fully vaccinated."

Now, to have a jab, people can contact their GP or click here for details of walk-in clinics, which will continue to be updated.
The County Press understands the Riverside Centre may be open for some dates through September, in the form of vaccination sessions and pop-up clinics as required.
