Dash and Splash is a 5k run through Sandown Bay.
Dash and Splash returns to Sandown Bay on Saturday, at 9:15am.
Raising funds for Aspire Ryde, it is a 5-kilometre dash between Shanklin Rowing Club and Yaverland.
There are 43 groynes to negotiate, with 14 that must be splashed around (in ankle-deep water at low tide).
However the water comes up to your waist at two groynes - where safety marshals will be on hand to help.
Aspire Ryde supports vulnerable Islanders with food parcels, hot meals, prescription deliveries and daily supportive phone calls.
Register for Dash and Splash on the day at Shanklin Beach, by Shanklin Rowing Club, from 8am.
It costs £10 per adult and each accompanied child is £5.
