THERE may be the chance to spot the RAF Red Arrows over the Isle of Wight today (Friday) and over the weekend.
The world famous flying aces are due to perform over the skies of Goodwood Festival of Speed at midday today, midday tomorrow, and 11.50am on Sunday.
Islanders might hear the roar and spot the red paintwork of their Hawk T1s as they depart Bournemouth ready to impress the crowds at Goodwood.
To give them their full name, the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team (The Red Arrows) should be visible from several points on the Island including Cowes, East Cowes and St Catherine's Point as they transit from Bournemouth up to an hour before their display, from 10.39am.
Eyes to the skies!
