Two new confirmed cases of Covid-19 have been reported by Medina College.

It follows a case announced by the Newport school earlier this week.

Working with Public Health England, it says a 'small number' of children are now required to isolate for 10 days.

Their families have been informed.

They join those already self-isolating into next week's half term.

Those affected have been informed, said the school, which is open for vulnerable children and those of key workers.

It remains open for others and continues to deliver lessons online.
