Glastonbury Festival 2021 will not take place, prompting concern for other events, like the Isle of Wight Festival.
In a social media statement, Glastonbury organisers Michael and Emily Eavis said: "With great regret, we must announce that this year’s Glastonbury Festival will not take place, and that this will be another enforced fallow year for us.
"Tickets for this year will roll over to next year."
The Isle of Wight Festival is currently scheduled to take place at Seaclose Park on June 17-20.

Reacting, Islander Rob Da Bank, who used to run Bestival on the Isle of Wight and now heads up Camp Bestival in Dorset, said: "So gutted that Glastonbury is not happening this year.
"Spare a thought for Michael, Emily and Nick, who will be devastated, and all the crew and team who depend on it happening.
"Sad times. I still feel optimistic festival season will happen in the UK this summer.
"Sadly Glasto is such a mammoth beast to plan, it ran outta time ... keep em all crossed festifolk."
