Isle of Wight sailor Natasha Lambert BEM has set off on her epic Atlantic challenge.
The Cowes-based multi award-winning disabled adventurer left the island of Gran Canaria yesterday (Sunday November 22), at around 1pm.
Using just her mouth to direct her boat, she is now bound for St Lucia.
Natasha - aka MissIsle - has Athetoid Cerebral Palsy and uses a wheelchair.
Her dad Gary, an engineer, designed ‘Sip-Puff’ technology to allow her to sail.
Natasha, her family, and her small crew are sailing the 2020 Atlantic Rally for Cruisers (ARC).

The course is 2,700 nautical miles.
Tash’s crew left Cowes from Cowes Yacht Haven in August, onboard their Nautitech Open 46 called Blown Away.
They are raising money for Cowes RNLI, the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust and Natasha's own MissIsle School of Sip and Puff.
