THE crew of Britbox's upcoming drama series, The Beast Must Die, braved the weather today (Saturday) to film in East Cowes.
Britbox is developing the classic murder mystery novel into a detective drama series.
A stellar cast is filming the five-part revenge thriller using local support actors and dozens of Island locations.
Today, the cast were spotted filming at the Barracks near East Cowes Esplanade.
They have also been filming in various locations around Bonchurch, Ventnor and Bembridge in the last few weeks.
Last month, director Dome Karukoski told the County Press he was loving Isle of Wight life.

The series is an adaption of the 1938 novel of the same name by Nicholas Blake, the nom de plume of poet Cecil Day-Lewis, father of actor Daniel Day-Lewis.
It tells the story of a grieving mother who infiltrates the life of the man she believes killed her son.
