A former Isle of Wight residential home - in Steephill Cove, Ventnor - is on the market for £795,000 and potential residents no longer have to be aged over 60 years old to live there.
Set in 1.4 acres, the expansive property was built in 1924, to house nurses from the nearby hospital.
Perched on the Island's south coast, it boasts views of the English Channel and Ventnor Botanic Garden.
Steephill Residential Home closed in 2017, after the company running it reported financial losses.
Ten residents had to move to new homes.

Since its closure, a series of planning permissions have been granted for the impressive property on Steephill Court Road.
In January 2018, permission was granted to turn the building into a single private home, boasting five reception rooms, eight bedroom suites and five bathrooms.
In September 2018, County Hall granted permission to convert it into ten two-bedroom apartments.
Most recently, in May 2019, consent was granted for the main building to be converted into three houses and one apartment, plus four houses (built as two detached pairs) in its grounds.
According to a statement issued as part of the planning permission process, a covenant restricting the property to people aged over 60 has also now been removed.
