Chef Raymond Blanc and cyclist Sir Bradley Wiggins are among the names joining forces to create a new Isle of Wight experience, according to details revealed on a new website.
Visit Isle of Wight and Isle of Wight charity Cardiac Risk in the Young are named partners in a weekend of food and sport, scheduled for September.
Visit Isle of Wight MD Will Myles said: "This event has been months in the planning and Visit Isle of Wight is pleased that the partnership with Isle of Wight Council and the LeBlanq team is finally bringing this prestigious event to the Isle of Wight.
"It will highlight the very best the Island has to offer, joining stunning scenery with the high quality food offering that the Isle of Wight is rightly famous for."
Cycling-pro Sean Yates and former The Fat Duck Group boss, Ashley Palmer-Watts, are also in the mix.
Meanwhile, the magazine Cycling Weekly is reporting that four routes - from from 75 to 160km - will each be led by a pro rider over the three-day weekend, from 25-27 September.
It says the Military Road will be closed on the Sunday - for a 20km ride in honour of Sean Yates’s Tour de France stage win in 1988.
More details on the cost and the packages are due to be released later this month, says the Leblanq01 website.
