A MAN has been cut free from a crash near Newport, by Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue.
Three vehicles were involved in the incident on Horsebridge Hill this morning (Saturday).
Traffic in the area has been heavy - though the road is open.
Two fire crews from Newport were called to the junction with Stag Lane, near The Stag pub, just after 10am and remained on scene for just over an hour.
Southern Vectis route one buses were continuing to run their usual route.
Police are allowing our route 1 to pass this scene. The diversion has been cancelled. Apologies for the confusion and inconvenience. #travelalert
