A SENIOR registered nurse at Vecta House in Newport has received an award in recognition of ten years of loyal service with Barchester Healthcare.
Louise Marriott started at Barchester in June, 2010, and has worked with residents and their relatives to ensure their needs have been met over the past decade.
Jane McFarlane, employee services director at Barchester Healthcare, said: “I’m always pleased to hear stories about the long service of Barchester staff and am delighted Louise Marriott has achieved this milestone. It is dedication like this that ensures our residents are provided with a happy place to live.”
Nichola Shepherd, general manager of Vecta House, said: “We’re delighted to be celebrating ten years of loyal service with Louise. She has demonstrated her dedication and loyalty to this home and its residents year after year.
"I speak for all of us here at Vecta House when I say I am looking forward to many more years of working with Louise.”
Vecta House is run by Barchester Healthcare, one of the UK’s largest care providers, which is committed to delivering a personalised service across its homes and hospitals. Vecta House provides dementia nursing assistance for 54 residents from respite care to long term stays.
