Emergency services in St Lawrence following discovery of elderly man's body
FIREFIGHTERS and police attended a property in St Lawrence this morning on the discovery of a man's body.
The death of an elderly man, at Seven Sisters Road, is not being treated as suspicious, and a file is being prepared for the Isle of Wight Coroner.
An IW Police spokesperson said: "We were called at 10.18am after the discovery of the body of a man in his 80s.
"The death is not believed to be suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner. The man’s next of kin have been informed."
