AN ISLE of Wight estate agency has opened a new branch — coinciding with its 30 year anniversary.

Hose Rhodes Dickson has opened its seventh Island branch, in Castle Street, East Cowes, offering residential sales, lettings and property management services.

Marcus Waldron will be heading up the new office, assisted by Jennie Abrook — a familiar face within the Cowes property market.

“East Cowes has seen considerable growth over recent years, and is very much an up and coming area thanks to a large regeneration project," said Marcus.

"With a strong market share already in place, we are now able to provide both existing and future clients with even greater support.

"As the largest independent estate agent on the Island, our network provides us with the ability to tap into an extended market, more buyers and provide higher exposure for our vendors' properties.

"This is a huge advantage to the service that we offer."

The new East Cowes branch will also take an active role in Hose Rhodes Dickson’s pledge to raise £30,000 for Mountbatten in 2020 as part of their #Raising30for30 celebrations.
