DAME Darcey Bussell led a series of dance classes on the Isle of Wight on Wednesday.
The former ballerina — and judge on BBC's Strictly Come Dancing — was promoting her Diverse Dance Mix (DDMIX) classes.
During the day she met with various schools at Medina Theatre.
In the evening she led a DDMIX session for about 100 people at Cowes Yacht Haven.
Dance instructor Dadina Sagger, who runs Dame Darcey's DDMIX classes on the Island, said: "It's always so wonderful to see people of all ages and abilities joining in a dance fitness programme.
"We are lucky to have Dame Darcey's DDMIX on the IW to offer her fitness programmes, as it's all about moving and having fun as well as using your brains to help your mental and physical health, for all levels and abilities."
