RYDE Academy sixth form students were awarded best overall company at the Young Enterprise IW area final.
The winning team, Deja Brew, marketed pre-roasted Island coffee that supports local growers and coffee farmers in Costa Rica through sustainable sourcing.
Jamie Busby, director of Hose, Rhodes and Dickson, presented a trophy to the team, who said they were 'thrilled' to have won and earned a place at the county finals.
The competition saw the students take control of all aspects of their business — from creating a business plan to managing finances and making sales.
They also visited WightFibre to discover what it takes to run a company.
Rueben Loake, Young Enterprise volunteer said: "Good luck to the team for the county finals, I will be there cheering them on!”
