EXCITING new acts have been announced for this summer's Isle of Wight Festival today (Friday).

A list of ten artists, including Keane, Cage the Elephant and Ward Thomas, has been released by the festival.

The other new announcements include Picture This, Wet Wet Wet, Bjorn Again, Feet, and the Marcus King Band.

The bands will join the already announced headliners Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, George Ezra and Biffy Clyro alongside a star-packed line-up which includes the likes of Lily Allen, Jess Glynne, Sigrid and Anne-Marie.

The weekend extravaganza will run at Seaclose Park from Thursday, June 13 to Sunday, June 16.
