ISLE of Wight MP Bob Seely said the UK's decision to bomb Syria's chemical weapons bases 'could turn the cold war with Russia hot'.
Mr Seely was interviewed by Jon Snow on Channel 4 on Monday.
After he was mistakenly introduced as a Labour MP, Mr Seely went on to voice his support Prime Minister Theresa May's views but said there were still wider issues to be considered.
He said Britain's action could increase tensions with Russia.
