BOWLER John Etherington Aged 73 years, died very suddenly and unexpectedly at St Mary's Hospital on 3rd October. Many thanks to the intensive care unit for their dedicated care giving John every chance. Brother, Uncle, Great Uncle, Great Great Uncle and Cousin, sadly missed by his family, especially me as I have also lost my team mate and best friend, John was a contented person with his many interests fully occupying his time, he had a happy life.
