ADDISON John Anthony 'Jack' Died peacefully at home on Monday 1st July aged 87 years. Much loved by his Wife, Children and Family. Funeral Service to take place on Wednesday 24th July at All Saints Church, Newchurch at 1pm followed by cremation. Family flowers only but donations if desired to Mountbatten Hospice c/o William Hall Independent Funeral Directors, Newchurch, Tel: 868688.
