EVANS Hazel Mary Passed away peacefully on the 2nd April 2024, aged 90 years. Greatly missed mother of Jane, Dale and Kate, also beloved grandmother and great grandmother. With thanks and appreciation to the wonderful staff of Luccombe and Wellow Wards.
