PHILLIPS Paul Bernard Passed away peacefully on 17th October, aged 80. Animal lover; bon viveur; raconteur; loyal friend He will be very sadly missed by his family and friends. A celebration of Paul's life will take place on Tuesday 14th November, 12.45pm at IW Crematorium.
