ABELL Edith May Passed away peacefully with her family on Wednesday 5th July 2023 at Inver House, Bembridge. Edith was proudly aged 100 years and was the much loved wife of (the late) Ernest and very dear Mum to her four children, eight grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Our sincere thanks go to all the staff at St Mary's Hospital (Whippingham Ward), Newport, especially to Dr Jagannath who cared for her so well recently. Also our deepest thanks go to all the staff at Inver House, who made her final year so safe, comfortable and happy. The funeral will be held at 1.30pm on Wednesday 2nd August 2023 at the Isle of Wight Crematorium, Whippingham, East Cowes, PO32 6NJ. Family flowers only by request.
