ROWLING Donna Peacefully passed away on 7th July 2023 at Mountbatten Hospice, aged 52 years old. Beloved wife to Paul and Mum to Jake and Ben. Taken too soon, it won't be and never will be the same. It's hard to put into words how much me and the boys loved you so much and we will never ever forget all the amazing holidays we had as a family. We had 32 fantastic years together, Jake and Ben are missing you so much. You went through so much pain in the last year, but in your closing moments the fantastic staff at The Mountbatten Hospice made sure you was as comfortable as possible. Our family were blown away by the dedication of every team member of The Hospice and Donna loved all the care and attention you gave to her right until the end, Thank you. The funeral will take place at The Crematorium on Friday 4th August at 2:15pm.

To Paul, Jake and Ben,
I am truly sorry to hear the said news about Donna. We had know each other more or less since the day we were born. We went to the same playschool and then went our separate ways, meeting up again at high school and becoming firm friends throughout. We had a great time at high school the 6 of us in our little group. We kept in touch in a round about way and then meeting up at several reunions again over the year., we were only saying we needed to all meet up agains soon, and we will but it will be without you but you will always be there in our hearts.

So sorry to read this news Paul, I cant even imagine the sadness you must feel, I never met your wife but I have great memories of you working at Unigate Dairies Newport when I was with Sarah who worked in the office.

Paul, Jake and Ben, I am so shocked to hear the news about Donna and send my sincere condolences. I went to school with Donna and have some wonderful memories of school trips, hanging out and just the 2 of us taking a jaunt to London sightseeing. We have some really silly photos of us doing all the touristy things. I left the island at 19 and our lives took separate paths but I really enjoyed catching up with her at our school reunion a couple of years ago; hearing about you and her boys. Life is extremely cruel and I am keeping you all in my thoughts at this time xxx
