DOWNER William "Bill" The landlord of the Chine Inn, Shanklin passed away on the 29th June 2023 at the age of 82. He will be greatly missed by his brothers Derek and Ian and their families. In accordance with Bill's wishes it will be a family only cremation and a celebration of life T.B.A. at a later date.
