PHIPPS David Richard Much loved husband, dad, grandad and friend. Passed away on Saturday 15th April 2023 at home, aged 84. Funeral service at IOW Crematorium, on Friday 23rd June at 2.15pm. Family flowers only, but donations if desired to Mountbatten Hospice c/o William Hall Funeral Directors, Newchurch.
