JONES (David John) Died peacefully in St Mary's Hospital on 31st January 2023 aged 83. Former Mayor of Cowes, Secretary of the Friends of Northwood Cemetery for 12 years and President of the Cowes Heritage and Community Group. A real gentleman who will be sorely missed by all those who had the good fortune to know him and benefit from his wisdom.Tributes

My brother-in-law loved music and flowers, an very generous with his time to others. He leaves behind my wonderful sister, and two daughters an grand kids that all loved him. He will be missed by all that knew, and linked him. David R.I.P. WITH DEEP SYMPATHY. William Wallis
