AVERY Anne Elizabeth 04.12.39 06.12.22 In ever loving memory of our beloved Mum, Nan and Great Nanny who has passed away after a lengthy battle with Vascular Dementia. It has been heart-breaking to share this journey with her. We are consoled that she is no longer suffering and reunited once again with Dad. She will be loved and missed forever. Lu & Nic, Dan, Sam, Jason & Charley, Will, Naomi, Teddy & Jude. Funeral service to be held at Northwood Cemetery Chapel, Tuesday January 3rd 1pm.
