Bailey Brian Arthur With the heaviest of hearts we announce the passing of Brian Arthur Bailey, our much loved husband, father and grandfather on the 9th October. His funeral will be held on 4th November 9:45am at the crematorium in Newport. Family flowers only, charity donations to Cancer Research at Brian's request.
