LONG Madeleine "Maddie" Sadly passed away at St Mary's on 7th July. Forever in our hearts. Reunited with Holly. Will sadly be missed by Stephen, Mandy, Kevin, Karen, and all of her grand and great grand children. Many thanks to Wellow ward and Stroke unit for their kindness and care. Funeral will take place at 3pm, 29th July, at the crematorium. Well wishers welcome.
