JACOBS William Frank passed away on 14 March 2020. He leaves his loving wife Annie and his children. Frank was very much an Islander, a keen yachtsman and former Commodore of the ISC. He was a Head Teacher, a passionate artist and a Squadron Leader in the RAF. A memorial service will take place in October 2020. Further information to follow.
