JACOBS Dorothy The family would like to thank all those who attended the service at St. Olaves Church, Gatcombe. Many thanks also to Elizabeth Peace for the lovely service and to Geoff Leather for help and kindness throughout. Special thanks to all staff at Carisbrooke Health Centre, Day Lewis Pharmacy and also to every at Bluebird Care for the excellent care given to Dorothy.
