SMITH Bill 5.6.21 Bill was Head of Department at the IW College in the 1970's and, despite poor hearing and eyesight can still 'chef up' a good meal! During lockdown, he has been singing and dancing on Zoom, and starts each day with exercises and a swim if he can. Look out for his white cap as he walks along Cowes' seafront!
