A woman visiting the Isle of Wight from Wales denies racially abusing a man, damaging a Premier store and a police van and assaulting a police officer.
Jade Clarke, of Llansteffan Road, Johnstown, Carmarthen, attended the Isle of Wight Crown Court on Tuesday, August 27.
The 27-year-old denied assaulting an emergency worker, criminal damage, racially aggravated intentional harassment and racially aggravated criminal damage in January.
It is said that on January 30, Ms Clarke used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour intending to cause harassment, alarm or distress to a man in East Cowes.
On the same day, Ms Clarke allegedly damaged bags of compost and the shop front at Websters Premier convenience store on Adelaide Grove.
It is alleged that the offences were 'racially aggravated'.
On January 31, in Newport, Ms Clarke allegedly damaged a police van by spitting in the rear cage and assaulted a police officer.
Ms Clarke denies all four charges.
A crown court trial is expected to last two days.
The trial will take place on January 16, 2025.
