Hundreds are expected to travel from the Isle of Wight to Portsmouth for this weekend’s Victorious Festival, which will see bands and musicians from across the UK, and beyond, perform in Southsea.

On Friday, August 23, Fatboy Slim, Snow Patrol and Jess Glynne will headline, with Before I Fall to Pieces hitmakers, Razorlight, appearing as special guests in the afternoon.

Former One Direction member, Louis Tomlinson, will also perform, taking to the stage before Bristol punk band, IDLES.

The following day, noughties indie musician Jamie T will headline the Common Stage whilst Boston rock group, Pixies, best known for hits including Debaser and Where is my Mind, will perform on the Castle stage.

Pop icons Sugababes, Shaun Ryder’s Black Grape and Irish country-pop singer, CMAT, will also perform on Saturday.

On the final day of the festival, Biffy Clyro and the Isle of Wight’s very own Wet Leg will headline.

Earlier this month, Wet Leg headlined Truck Festival in Oxfordshire, marking their first ever UK festival headline show.

Also appearing on Sunday are James Bay, Yard Act and John Power, the lead singer of Cast.

Isle of Wight musicians, The Optimists and Beth Brookfield, will also perform at Victorious on Friday and Saturday, respectively.

Over the weekend, the Big Top Comedy and Cabaret stage will host stand up comedians including Russell Howard, Frankie Boyle, Justin Moorhouse and Al Murray.
