Comedian Al Murray has taken to social media to share selfies with the audience watching his Isle of Wight shows yesterday (Sunday, April 7).

The 'pub landlord' was at Shanklin Theatre as part of his Guv Island tour.

He took part in a matinee and evening performance, which appeared to prove popular with spectators.

Taking to Instagram, he posted a series of selfies and two videos, encouraging crowd participation.

Replying, one person said: "Absolutely hilarious great show."

While another said: "Such an amazing show and the only time I’ve ever been happy to be soaked in beer!!!"
