A Seaview man will appear before a crown court judge next month, accused of rape on the Isle of Wight.
UPDATE: Mr Davies was found not guilty at trial on June 26, 2024
Toby Davies, 58, of Bluett Avenue, Seaview, entered no plea at the Isle of Wight Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, January 2.
One a date between May 1 and May 31, 2020, it is alleged that Mr Davies raped a woman in Seaview.
Mr Davies will attend the Isle of Wight Crown Court for a pre-trial and preparation hearing on February 5.
He was granted unconditional bail.
