ROADWORKS being done to repair a partially collapsed sewer in an Isle of Wight town has led to the emergency closure of a busy road.
Southern Water are undertaking the emergency work on Carisbrooke Road in Newport, between the junctions of Bedford Row and West Street, which started today (Monday).
The works could take up to five days, say Island Roads.
