Firefighters are tackling a boat alight in East Cowes this afternoon (Tuesday).
Crews from Newport and East Cowes fire stations are in attendance at a boatyard on Clarence Road.
They were alerted at 3.12pm.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service has told the County Press the vessel is in a shed, not on the water.
The fire is under control and crews have it surrounded, the fire service said.
An appliance from Ryde was also alerted but has since left the scene.

The fire has been put out.
Crews say a battery has beem removed from the vessel.
