A new netball club for Isle of Wight women aged over 45 has hit the courts in East Cowes.
New players are welcome.

On Monday nights, from 6.30pm, the group meets for about an hour.
Very much aimed at beginner level, the sessions are free.
If your only experience came from playing at school 30 years ago, on a cold February morning, this is the club for you, say organisers.
Equally, it is not too late to learn, even if you spent PE lessons hiding in the toilets.
The group aims for fitness, fun and teamwork.
